October

Been an exciting month with lots going on. Syd is growing so fast everyday. She's such a chatty lady these days. She just recently started saying "La la" using her tongue and everything. Super cute I must admit :) She is seeing the world more and more everyday. She loves to just be held so she can look at everything. She's loves laying on her blanket and playing with all of her toys. Still not a huge fan of tummy time but we still get quite a bit of time that way. We've been doing a lot more singing and dancing with her so it's been fun, although if you were walking down the street and looked into our house you may think we are crazy ;)

We went to the pumpkin patch a few weekends ago and after the long drive and packing her around I realized I could have just bought a pumpkin at the grocery store and put it in the backyard in order to get pictures.....I was just so excited to take her to the patch. She had lots of fun though. We were pulled by a tractor to the patch (not sure how she felt about that) and then got to play in the dirt, take lots of pictures and then stare at everything. This place was pretty cool and will be lots of fun for her when she's a bit older.
Passed out from all the excitment
Halloween was fun. Her grandma and grandpa got her the mummy onesie and then she was also dressed as a cow this year. I took her to work and showed her off. She, I think, was the prettiest little lady of all. She had a great time checking out all of the other costumes and I got to eat all the candy so worked out perfectly. Then we came home and we handed out candy to the trick or treaters. It was a good night. Oh and can't forget Lucy-Belle. She was our little prisoner dog this year. Such a sport. I think she was most excited due to all the attention she got. Poor furry girl.
And must show Scott and I dressed up for Halloween....with our babysitter. It was our first time using a babysitter so needless to say I was very anxious so we made her take a picture with us...she probably thinks we are crazy. We went to Vick's for her party and it was lots of fun. I was a witch like person and Scotty was "Joe the Plumber" (no Scott is not a real McCain supporter...don't worry). It was a fun adult night!!

I'm so glad to see that you haven't totally forgotten your fur girl and dressed her up too! She's cute, but not as cute as Syd.

Love Scott's costume......too funny!
