Oh Christmas tree

Sunday was a busy day.  We got our christmas tree, it was the first one we looked at....how weird is that.  The kids weren't the most cooperative so it was a sign we found our tree right off the bat.  We came home, painted some nails then decorated with hot chocolate.  They say a sugar high is not a true thing.....I beg to differ.
Here we go, ready to start

One might think Ty is being tortured.  He wanted to watch the chainsaw in action but all I did was ask him to smile.....

more pouting and smiles from Syd

Ok seriously look at Ty then Scott.  SERIOUSLY could they look anymore alike.

Wy Wy just bobbing with his mamma

Before dinner we painted our nails all different colors.  Ty woke and demanded the same

Time to decorate...aka pick up every breakable ornament.  My heart rate is still high from last night

A few randoms this month

Just a few other things going on the last few weeks.  We have been keeping ourselves busy.  Syd still loves school and is such a great helper with Wyatt.  Her and Tyler are absolutely two peas in a pod.  They play together, they fight together, they look for one another, they are just adorable together and it's so cool to see their relationship grow.  Wyatt is doing great.  He's trying to sit up on his own, loves to bounce, makes it known when he wants to be held and is just growing up to a baby baby, not a newborn baby anymore.  Part of me is sad to see that little bity stage go but there is so much ahead of us that I will look forward and enjoy.
"Tyler are you watercoloring on the little table"  "Yes Mommy"  (in walks mommy) - ummm dude I don't think that's the little table

First food.  He LOVES food.  He eats more than any of the other kids and it's just amazing.  He loves his food.

Look at those eyes of curiosity

Momma I don't know what this is but I LOVE it

Last day of gymnastics for the kids.  We're skipping winter session and may start back up in spring

Best part of class is stamp time.  We have a thousand stamps at home but these trump any of those :)

My little monkeys after class

Oh Tyler, he just had to stop running around to take a picture.  It's a harsh life.

Thanksgiving in Longview

We spent a few days in Longview with Grammy and Grandpy, Aunt Helen, Aunt Lindy, Uncle Justin and McKenzie.  It was a fun weekend and the kids had a blast baking and playing nonstop.  Syd slept in a big girl bed with Aunt Helen and she hasn't stopped talking about it since.   Thanksgiving was wonderful, Grammy always stuffs us to the gills so no one went unfed.  Thanks Grammy and Grandpy for a great time!!
Making some pies

Gotta love this face of "tude" (aka attitude)

Ty loved helping and the kids even got to make their own little pie

Cousin jumping on the bed

Snuggle time with GAH

Reading time with Uncle Scotty and McKenzie

1 of about 20 pictures and I think it turned out pretty darn well

Notice Grammy pretending she's not being choked haha

Shingle boy

My little boy got shingles and needless to say this was a mommy moment I wasn't prepared for.  Now it's all past us now, bloodwork showed no immunity issues so we can move forward but I'm not a fan of issues I can't control.  But I will say walking into Childrens Hospital makes you say an extra prayer at night, that is for sure!!!
Here is the back portion of our shingles

And here you will see the front portion of his shingles.  Not in too much pain, under his arms mostly so we lucked out there as well.

First Husky Basketball Game

It's hard to explain the amount of excitement in the house on the evening daddy took Syd and Ty to their first real basketball game.  They were SO EXCITED!!!  Daddy was so excited as well to do this with them.  It was all Husky for the three of them.  They still talk about this game a month later.  It's amazingly wonderful to see these experiences through their eyes.
Decked out ready to roll

Can't miss an outing without a snack

Loving this experience

Bundled up ready to go home

An innocent child

I never want this to end but I know one day some greebly child is going to say "you can't do that cause you are a girl/boy" and there goes that innocence.  The kids went upstairs and came back down dressed as the following.  Ty loved the fluff of his skirt.
look at those smiles.  If they were only always this sweet :)

My little little boy

He's just such a cutie pie.  We did some rolling around on the floor, nothing too major though and I got some cute pics of him.  This is Wyatt at about 4 months old.

4 month pics, not quite sitting up haha

Silly boy loves those feet and legs kicking at all times

First dentist appointment

Sydney does such a great job showing her brothers not to be scared of things.  I love it.  She's such a great big sister.  She had her first checkup and the dentist was awesome with both her and Ty.  It was not the experience I have when I go haha that's for sure.  It's been about a month since her appt and they both still remind us to floss.

Everyone got to sit on my lap.  The chair was comfy at least :)

Ty watching the tv screen

touching all the gadgets

Got the shades and some teeth work going on.  I look at myself and remember I got the flu this day...whoops, sorry doctors office

She did such a great job!!!

Halloween time

I tried to find matchy/themed costumes this year but just decided to do what the kids wanted/were into the most.  Syd was strawberry shortcake, Ty was a meerkat of course and Wyatt was a cow just as his older siblings were their first year.  We had our neighborhood dinner together then started off.  We walk very slow but we got lots of candy.  Syd requested to stop early so she could start eating it and Ty asked to go out for more so daddy took him out.  He said he took him too far cause he had to carry him home on his shoulders while Ty licked a lollipop into his hair haha.  It was a great night!

How cute is this little meerkat.  We safety pinned his meerkats to him and it took him all night to realize he didn't have to hold onto them.

I suppose I could say our theme this year was "craziness"

Let's just say Mr. Popcorn wasn't much help with the kids.
